# LoA

> Review a user's Leave of Absence status, quota eligibility, and leave history in one place to quickly determine whether a request meets your organization's requirements.

  Leave of Absence must be enabled before leave requests can be submitted, reviewed, or managed. Visit the Features tab to get started.
