How Plans Work

Your plan sets what's unlocked
Whatever plan your organization is on decides which features are available to everyone in it.

Features stay unlocked while your plan is active
As long as your subscription is active, every feature included in your plan is fully available.

If your plan lapses, paid features pause
If a subscription ends, is cancelled, or a payment fails, your organization returns to the Free experience. Your data is kept safe. Paid features simply pause until you’re back on a plan.
Anything not listed under Pro, Diamond, or Enterprise is included on Free, and therefore on every plan.
